actor. director. writer. coach. various theatrical enthusiasms.
serious about play.
I’m passionate about human stories, diversifying and de-colonizing my theatrical perspectives, and digging into the endless curiosity that drives art-making. I’m a collaborator at heart, with deep care for a joyful process and making space for healthy discoveries. Theatre is my favorite team sport, and while I’ve never had the hand-eye coordination for traditional athletics, I would love a chance to play on your team.
leading with joy.
With over a decade of experience with young artists, I take pride in empowering students to tackle mature & meaningful work, discover practices that resonate with their learning style, and create a person-first community at all levels. Whether you’re looking for individual coaching, a workshop or master class for your school or small group, or larger-scale consultation or directing work, I’d love to be a part of your process.
“The show gives Mother Superior a much bigger role than the movie, and Sheridan delights in every minute of it. From her contemplative numbers, "Here Within These Walls," and “Haven’t Got a Prayer,” to her powerful vocals in… “Spread the Love Around,” Sheridan is the perfect spiritual leader trying to make sense of the new sister.”

let’s help you love what you do again.
Calling upon a long and varied career of teaching, directing, casting, adjudicating, coaching and performing myself, my mission is to cut through the noise (be it self-doubt, prior training trauma, or keeping up with “the industry”), offer new and supportive perspectives to tap into YOUR truth, and be your biggest cheerleader (or rather - second biggest, after yourself) in the pursuit of a sustainable, enjoyable theatrical career.

I’m thrilled to have directed Green Day’s American Idiot at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre, running now through September 27 in Portsmouth, NH. Don’t miss an incredible crew of actor-musicians from all over New England take on this timely, high-octane tale - we hope you’ll have the time of your life (get it?).

I’ll be working with the wonderful students of Seacoast Rep’s Rep Academy this fall, teaching Teen Rep Co (an intensive prep program for students grades 8-12), Adult Acting, and Senior Rep (a devising program for senior citizens). Come join us!

And come October, I will be serving as Associate Director for Wheelock Family Theatre’s production of Finding Nemo The Musical, working with a fabulous group of student performers to bring this beloved tale to the stage. Running November 14-December 13!
